Moooovin’ Back to Wisconsin
Well, it was going to happen, sooner or later. We would eventually get sick of the constant sunshine and warm weather. I mean, who wants to have their windows open 9 months out of the year? Don’t even get me started on the clothing I have had to put up with- I haven’t worn my beloved sweaters and jeans in FOREVER. The pool in my backyard has become an annoyance, I mean, who wants to swim all year round? Yuck!
Then there is that Mouse that we moved here for… so sick of all the magic, the pixie dust, and that constant feeling of joy. We are tired of the Celebrities who just “happen” to bump into us in the Parks, and all those Cast Members who are way too nice to us. Then there are the friends who want my time, who constantly want to hang out, who wants to feel loved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?!
I can’t handle watching my children smiling anymore, it is sickening how happy they are. If I have to see Craig glowing with joy at Epcot ONE MORE TIME, seriously, I may need a moment to scream.
It is because of all these ridiculous annoyances that we have decided to move back to WI on June 1st. Almost a year to the day we got here, it seems unreal, but we miss too much to stay here anyways. We miss the cold, fluffy snow that Craig would break his back over, the ice I would fall on at work, and the below zero temps that made unlocking my vehicle a matter of survival. I miss dreaming about Disney World, and not having it in my backyard for whenever I felt like going- again, WHO in their right mind would want that?
Thank you for being with us on this amazing journey, and……… LIVE FROM ORLANDO…..

Who wants to live that close to the Magic anyways??
When you live that close you loose out on so much of the overall travel experience!
No hassle of getting to the airport to be treated like cattle being herded through an airport.
No more TSA agents sorting through your unmentionables.
No more waiting on the Tarmac for no reason at all wondering if you’re going to miss you’re first ADR.
No more contracting strange and exotic ailments while cooped up in the airplane cabin.
Even more that you miss when you DRIVE down!
Making pitstops at the wonderful Interstate rest area facilities.
Trying to figure out where to spend overnight at at the half way point of the trip, only to find out that some kind of kids trip is in the rest of the hotel you chose.
Has the trip been planed out accordingly that you’ll miss Atlanta rush hours?
The many quality hours spent cooped up in a small vehicle.
It’s all those defining moments that REALLY make a trip to Walt Disney World special.

Hi Craig! I can email you if it’s easier. Tellme if you prefer. Need GOOD public school . middle and high to be zoned for if that’s how it works. Family oriented area of course, maybe less touristy… if that’s possible. 🙂

I saw the Wisconsin banner and thought, “Oooh, Amy’s changed her banner again.” I like a little change. Then I read the title of your post and a little shock wave ran through me. Thinking how crazy it would be that you guys would be moving back, I realized it was April 1st. I’m a little slow on the uptake, but this was a cute little prank – what with the RE Relocated Tourist and the Get Me Outta Here. Nice touch. It really reeled in this sucker!
