Ideally we would like every attraction, pool, restaurant and character spot open when we travel to Walt Disney World. Even the happiest place on earth needs a little change and updating now and then. Here is the current refurbishment schedule so you know what to expect.

Magic Kingdom® Park

  • Main Street Bakery – 1/12/13 – 6/18/13
  • Mad Tea Party – 4/10/13 – 5/21/13
  • Cinderella’s Royal Table – 5/13/13 – 5/16/13
  • Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress – 5/13/13 – 5/15/13
  • Pirates Of The Caribbean – 6/17/13 – 6/24/13

Epcot®

  • Epcot Character Spot – 10/21/12 – 03/29/13
  • Fountainview Ice Cream Shop – 4/8/13 – Fall
  • France Ice Cream Shop – 2/25/13 – June

Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park

  • Anandapur Ice Cream Truck – 4/14/13 – 5/24/13

Disney’s Contemporary Resort

  • California Grill – 2/02/13 – Late Summer 2013

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

  • Beach Pool – The Courtyard Pool will remain open during this time – 5/30/13-6/1/13
  • Beach Pool Slide – The Courtyard Pool will remain open during this time – 5/27/13 – 6/01/13

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort

  • Grandstand Water Pool Rehab – High Rock Spring Pool will remain open – 5/13/13 – 05/31/13
  • The Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort – Guests may be referred to Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for spa services. – 1/16/13 – Summer 2013
