Being a Relocation blog, I try my best to check out the area and see what is out there for others to rent or buy. Having driven past these particular Apartments a good number of times, I figured it was time to pay them a visit. These are the Victoria Park Apartments, found 10 miles outside Walt Disney World on the Animal Kingdom end, and off of Lake Wilson Road and Osceola/Polk County Line Road. It is in POLK County, and has the address of Davenport. I live on the other side of the County Line, 3 miles away, and I’m considered Kissimmee and Osceola County, so I advise you to always do your homework on where you are looking because it is oddly zoned.
The amenities that are available seem quite inviting and it’s like living in a vacation Resort. (Which you CAN stay just one night if you’d like). Let’s start with the outside areas, which by the way they have FREE breakfast at their Tiki Bar area every Saturday morning for guests and residents!

Dustin showed me the 2 bedroom known as the “Stafford.” First, I want to point out these come fully furnished and include both a washer and dryer with each unit. Cable is included in the price and security is also an option, but a separate cost along with WIFi.

Let’s talk first impressions- I thought it was very clean, bright, an classy. It had a very “1st Class” feeling to it, but I feel could be affordable, depending on what you are looking for. The Recreational areas were very close together, and while I was there late morning, there weren’t many people out at the pool or in the other areas. I am sure seeing it at night would be a different story, as everyone is at work usually on a week day. They said they are pet friendly, and they offer 1-4 bedroom units. Now for the 2 bedroom I looked at, the rent he said can be anywhere from $1100-$1300 a month. The cost of the apartments fluctuate with the market and of course supply and demand. They are running a special right now that you can get your first month’s free or a certain amount off your first month.
I can tell you from first hand experience of living in this same area for the past 2 years, it is a great side of Orlando to be on. You are on the quieter side of things here, but close enough to Disney World and quick access to I4, 429, 417, or 192. A Publix, CVS, McDonalds, Gas Station, Wells Fargo, Dentist, Chinese Place, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, Golds Gym, Liquor Store and much more can be found literally right across the street from the Apartments area. You are minutes from Champions Gate, 20 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 10 minutes from Celebration, and 20 minutes from downtown Kissimmee. The other shopping area that is about 5-10 minutes away is Posner Park which has your Target, Michaels, Dick Sporting Goods, Best Buy, and JCPenneys.

Amy thank you a million times over for this blog post today. Its always been our dream to move to FL, and we aren’t in a position to do it at the moment, alas. But I do like to do my research and the Victoria Park Appts sounds EXACTLY what me, my fiancé, and my dog want:)

Nice apartment. Pictures are good. And it has all required facilities also. But I think it is would little expensive. Let me know the price range.
